Dental Membership Plan Ages 13 and Up
- Two professional cleanings and preventive exams per year
- Two emergency exams and X-rays per year as needed
- 20% off crowns and implants
- 10% off all other services
This plan is designed for adults who want consistent preventive care and reduced costs on restorative and specialty treatment. The 20% discount on crowns and implants alone can represent significant savings for patients planning larger procedures.

Periodontal Membership Plan
- Three to four periodontal maintenance cleanings and exams per year
- Two emergency exams and X-rays per year as needed
- 20% off crowns and implants
- 10% off all other services
Designed for patients managing gum disease or those who require more frequent professional cleanings to maintain their periodontal health. Standard cleanings are not sufficient for patients with a history of periodontal disease, and this plan reflects that clinical reality with a higher frequency of maintenance visits built in.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- These plans are exclusive to our Germantown, MD location
- This is not a dental insurance plan. It is a direct membership arrangement between you and our practice, which means lower administrative costs and more straightforward pricing
- Benefits begin immediately upon enrollment. There are no waiting periods
- Family rates apply per person when two or more family members enroll
- Plans renew annually and can be used alongside other non-insurance payment options such as CareCredit, Cherry, and Alphaeon
Who This Plan Is For
Our membership plan is a practical option for patients who are self-employed, between jobs, retired, or whose employer-sponsored insurance does not include dental coverage. It is also a strong fit for patients whose current insurance covers very little, and who would benefit from predictable, discounted pricing instead.
